Chubb Union Mortice Sashlock

Mortice Sashlock Function -  provide the convenience of easy access with a handle or knob and the security of a key-operated deadbolt. While they require careful installation and may come at a higher cost, their combined functionality and security benefits make them a popular choice for many property types.

• Force resistant, anti drill, anti-pick and anti-saw security features
• Available with square forend and striking plate with 14mm bolt
• For timber door hinged on the left or the right
• Keys are suitable for use on doors up to 50mm thick
• Deadbolt is locked or unlocked by key from either side
• Latch bolt withdrawn by lever handle from either side
