The Pocket Door Jamb Bolt is designed to be face-mounted at the rear of a closed pocket door and acts as a privacy bolt preventing the door from opening. It is available in an array of fine finishes.

This is an unfamiliar but useful piece of hardware to lock cavity sliding and barn doors. It is mounted on the interior side of the doornear the jamb face. When the top half is pushed in the bottom half pops out preventing the door from returning to it's pocket.

A strike is provided to project the jamb. Emergency release is accomplished by drilling a small hole on the exterior face on the door. Insert a thin object into the hole this hole to push the rocker back into the unlocked position.
