Floor Spring Door Closer is a mechanical door closing device mostly used for glass doors along with patch fitting. Mostly used where both pull and push movement is required. Floor springs are used is in Interior doors of a Business park, Malls, Hospital building.

Floor Spring Door Closer Function - designed to hold the door open when the door is opened past 90 degrees. Simple pushing of the door towards the closed position, activates the closer and it also commences the closing action of the door.

• Double-action floor spring which has been specially developed for the aluminum and toughened glass door industries.
• BTS 84 has many of the features of the other Dormakaba BTS closers with the addition of reduced depth and an array of accessories designed for the aluminum door fabricator and toughened glass door manufacturer.
