Mortice Lock provides more security on exterior doors that have windows. (e.g. When intruders attempt to break into a building through a window, the key lock on the inside of the door will stop them from entering)
Mortice Lock Function - where the deadbolt locks by a key on both the exterior and interior of the lock. Latch is operated on the interior and exterior by a knob or lever.
- Suitable for heavy duty use in industrial and commercial buildings, institutions, clubs, schools, hospitals, hotels and similar buildings.
- Designed to incorporate a greater range of lock functions into one primary lock.
- First holdback capable lock, the Selector® 3780 series also includes an selectable anti-lockout feature.
- All handing setting (Passage, Combination or Escape) can be adjusted via the hub selector located under the face plate.
